Rotherham’s Integrated Health and Social Care Place Plan 2023-25
Rotherham’s Health and Social Care Community has been working in a collaborative way for many years to transform the way it cares for and achieves a positive change for Rotherham people. The 2023-25 Place Plan is the fourth edition, building on the previous editions it sets out our ambitions and the scale of transformation necessary to realise our aim to deliver the best for Rotherham.
The Place Plan closely aligns to the Rotherham Health and Wellbeing Strategy and the South Yorkshire Joint Forward Plan.

Members of the public are welcome to attend. We welcome questions from the public and ask that they are submitted prior to the meeting in writing to syicb-rotherham.communications@nhs.net by 12 noon on the Monday before the meeting.
The meeting is being held in public, but is not a ‘public meeting’, therefore questions will not be accepted during the meeting. The public are invited to ask questions relating to matters of business covered on the Board agenda. The agenda and papers will be available for viewing one week prior to the meeting. For any questions which cannot be responded to at the meeting, a response will be provided as soon as possible afterwards.
